Reporting Security Risks to the STOPA PSIRT

The security of our automated storage systems and WMS software is STOPA’s highest priority. Our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) serves as the central point of contact for reporting, analyzing, and resolving potential security risks, vulnerabilities, or incidents identified in connection with our products.

The primary goal of the STOPA PSIRT is to remediate identified vulnerabilities as quickly as possible, secure affected systems, and transparently inform our customers about required security measures. In doing so, the team communicates and collaborates closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

What Information is Important for a Swift Analysis?

If you suspect a potential security vulnerability or IT security risk in a STOPA product (e.g., in our control systems or WMS software), please report it to us with the following details:

  • Contact Information: Name of the contact person and communication channels of the reporter.
  • Affected Product: Product name and, ideally, the exact software or version release.
  • Description of the Vulnerability: A detailed explanation of the potential risk as well as (if possible) a description of how the vulnerability can be exploited.
  • References: Pointers to information already published elsewhere or similar known security advisories.

General Technical Support: Please note that the PSIRT is exclusively responsible for IT security risks. For general malfunctions, standard support queries, or remote maintenance requests, please contact STOPA Customer Service directly (Immediate Support).
