Versatile connection options for stations create ideal conditions for perfecting your processes. Whether it‘s different sheet formats or other goods: this system offers high storage density with minimal space requirements. The space-saving tower design optimizes your space utilization and gains important production area.

The sturdy construction allows for the storage of even the heaviest loads. STOPA FLEX also enables fully automatic linking with downstream processing machines. As an option, we offer STOPA FLEX as a building-supporting system to spatially separate your inventory and production. Discover the future of process-optimized manufacturing! Depending on the need, long side and short side stations with scissors lift cartS and transport carts, also in combination, are possible.

Features

Proven and established technology from STOPA COMPACT II, e.g., 200 mm clearance above the towers, compartment rails for smooth insertion and removal, designed for 100% full load, state-of-the-art motors, and safety. In addition, a new weighing unit has been integrated into the pallet lift.

Modular flexibility

Whether as a single-tower or double-tower storage system: STOPA FLEX 25 enables 360° connection of stations to optimize your workflow. It can be linked to up to four processing machines.

Optimal inventory management

PLUS new control panel! The newly developed control architecture offers the operator and remote service improved diagnostic options for faster troubleshooting. It also enables direct connection and access to TRUMPF Oseon, the software for production control and warehouse management.
