In which sectors are STOPA’s customers active?
Most of our customers worldwide come from the following industries: Automotive, logistics, metal, steel trade, refrigeration technology, plant engineering, electrical, energy, building construction / civil engineering and many more – especially where metal is processed.
What makes working at STOPA unique?

As a traditional company on a growth path, we are the perfect size. With our 300 employees, we have a family working atmosphere and still enjoy the advantages of a large company (see company benefits). This is also reflected in our guiding values, which form the basis of our corporate culture.

What other benefits does STOPA offer?

Can I send an unsolicited application and if so, what happens to my application?
Of course. Please let us know the specific areas of work you are interested in and the specialist areas in which you see your future. This will enable us to match your details with our vacancies and look for opportunities for you at STOPA. Suitable applications will be forwarded to the relevant departments.
Are there fixed starting dates for each position?
No, here we are guided by the availability of the most suitable candidate (m/f/d) for us.
Is it possible to apply for several positions at the same time and can I also apply for other positions after a rejection?
You can use our system to apply for several positions that are suitable for you. A rejection only affects the position in question and does not apply to other positions for which you have applied.
How do I know which position is still vacant?
All positions advertised on the website are vacant. As soon as a position is filled, we remove it from the website.
How can I apply to STOPA?
Please only apply via the online application portal. This will enable us to process your application as quickly as possible and you can be sure that all relevant information is enclosed with your application and that you have read and understood the data protection regulations.
Is it possible to apply for several positions?
In principle, you can apply for several positions. We recommend that you apply specifically for positions that match your interests, expectations and qualifications.
Pupils and students
How long can I work as a working student and how many hours per week?
The working time is 20 hours per week – during the semester. During semester breaks, working hours can be increased to a maximum of 40 hours. Contracts are limited to one semester. Find out about open working student positions directly on our job board.

We offer commercial and industrial apprenticeships and degree courses.
