Increase production safety with a spare and wear parts package specially tailored to your storage. For production of more than one shift per day, it is recommended to stock the most important and production-critical components to minimize your STOPA storage downtime.

STOPA SPARE PART SERVICE

If there is a malfunction or a component failure in your storage system, STOPA ensures that your system is operational again as quickly as possible. A short call is enough, and our experts, with their expertise and quick response times, will set everything in motion for you.

At least 10 years of spare parts storage / 5 years for control components after the commissioning date: We understand the importance of the longevity of your investment. Therefore, we ensure that we keep spare parts for your systems in stock for at least 10 years after the commissioning date. This way, you can access the needed parts in the future.

Direct courier in emergencies: We know that emergencies do not announce themselves in advance. Therefore, we offer a direct courier service in urgent situations. Orders received by a certain time are delivered directly to you by courier to minimize downtime.

If you order the spare parts you need on working days by 3 p.m., you will receive your delivery within Germany (provided the goods are in stock) the very next day. And in an emergency? Our direct couriers are on standby.
