Remote diagnosis via Modem (Teleservice):

Our specialists can connect directly to your system to solve problems and
to test functionality. The modem support and remote diagnosis are
included as a flat rate in your contract.

Extended avaiability:

Our service personal can be reached an telephon out of normal working
hours:

From Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm (Excluding holidays)

Discounted rate per work hour:

When we are repairing your system you will pay special reduced rate as
contractor.

10% discount on spare parts:

On spare parts needed for repair a special discont of 10% will be applied
on invoices bigger as 500 EUR.
