Through our STPOA Retrofit we are offering to the operators of older storage systems by means of an on-site analysis and a status/risk review the basic information in line with requirements for the decision regarding up-to-date retrofitting and modernisation. 



Here our considerations focus on the control engineering aspect and the electric drive units – especially in consideration of previously used system components which have been discontinued and as to spare parts availability and service which can result in serious bottlenecks.



But the benefit of a retrofit is not limited to future-assured availability. Retrofitting of modern control and automation systems can, moreover, significantly increase system productivity resulting in increased machine and work safety in full consideration of current standards.
