The year 1963: US President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Pope Johannes XXIII excommunicated Cuba’s Head of State Fidel Castro and the German TV station ARD begins broadcasting “Bericht aus Bonn” (Report from Bonn). In the first broadcast Federal Chancellor Konrad Adenauer declares in his first TV interview: “I am going”.



The year 1963: the patent developer, lateral and future thinker Paul Stolzer comes along and establishes in Achern, Germany the company STOPA Anlagenbau GmbH with the aim of creating demanding technology based on steel. What at that time began with a workforce of one, has today developed into an internationally active independent medium-sized company with the business areas Storage systems, Machine construction & Steel construction as well as the conceptual design and erection of car parking systems. 



The credo of our founder: „If you do not trust a person, do not employ him; if you employ him, then you must trust him”. For his social and corporate commitment Paul Stolzer was awarded in 1991 the Federal Cross of Merit with Ribbon. 
   


Until today, the company STOPA Anlagenbau GmbH has grown following his vision, forming a reliable team of over 170 employees...
